If We Had Tea Today...

If we had tea today and fellowship one on one, there are some things I’d loved to share with you.  I’d want both of us to leave our visit encouraged in our walks with Jesus and trusting in Him and His purposes for our lives.

If we had tea today and fellowship one on one, I’d share with you from my own life as a reminder of God’s faithfulness and how the small things are as important as the big things.  He is faithful, my Luvs.  Be encouraged - He is faithful. ❤

If we had tea today and fellowship one on one, I'd offer you a cinnamon roll or tea cakes with your tea. I'd gently asked you "How are things going - How's your family?".  Then you would share a little bit of what's going on in your life. I'd do my best to offer words of encouragement, be excited with you or weep with you, and offer to pray with you for anything. I would remind you and myself that we are not perfect but God is perfecting us (making us whole) as we grow in him.

If we had tea today and fellowship one on one, I'd tell you about a dream I had many years ago and how today God is fulfilling that dream. Sometimes I have to pinch myself to make sure this really happening.

If we had tea today and fellowship one on one, I'd tell you how excited I am for this year! I am looking for every God moment, creative downloads, miracles, and love encounters to happen.

If we had tea today and fellowship one on one, I would've told you about my reading list for 2014 and asked what you were reading or wanted to read.

As we finish up our tea time, we would pray for each other, then leave with our spirits lifted with laughter in our voices and smiles on our faces.

If you had joined me at my table for some tea, it would have been my pleasure to have a cup of tea and some fellowship with you. It's ok to lean on him.
